Taylor DeMagistris
Vice President of Strategy & Impact
With more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Taylor has a background spanning education, philanthropy, public affairs, grant management, program development, and project management. Her work focuses on strengthening systems, building organizational capacity, and expanding access to opportunity for young people and communities through strategy, continuous improvement, and cross-sector collaboration. Taylor is passionate about bringing people and organizations together to tackle complex challenges, remove barriers, and turn good ideas into practices that create lasting change.
Originally from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Taylor earned a BS in Family and Community Services, specializing in Family Studies, from East Carolina University and an Executive Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service. She has served on several nonprofit boards and was an elected member of the Clinton School Student Government Association. Taylor lives in Memphis with her dog, Bingo. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her nieces, playing golf, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
