Susan Steffens, CAP
Administrative Director
Susan is a proud Memphian with more than 30 years of experience keeping offices running smoothly and teams supported. She is a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) through the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). Her administrative career encompasses extensive experience in public administration and intergovernmental legislative relations within city government, along with a strong background in small business management, bookkeeping, financial oversight, and paralegal work in the private sector. Now, she’s excited to bring her skills and heart for service to the nonprofit world, where she hopes to make a meaningful difference from cradle to career.
Susan has served on the Aging Commission of the Mid-South and has been a volunteer and supporter of WKNO Public Radio and Television for many years. Outside of work, she enjoys life in Memphis with her husband, two cats, and one very large (and lovable) dog.
