Racquel Harris

Director of Continuous Improvement

Racquel has extensive experience managing educational programs, driving student achievement, and improving systems that connect students and families to academic resources. She previously supported Full-Service Community Schools (FSCS) grant evaluation through mixed-methods data collection.

As Director of Continuous Improvement at Seeding Success, she ensures fidelity to the FSCS model, standardizing data use and continuous improvement practices across schools and partner organizations.

Committed to advocacy and educational equity, Racquel has served the Memphis community as a court-appointed special advocate, family services counselor, educator, instructional coach, adjunct instructor, and researcher. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and a master’s degree in human services administration from Southeast Missouri State University, as well as a master’s in teaching and a doctorate in education from the University of Memphis.

Racquel resides in Memphis, TN, with her husband of 17 years and their 14-year-old son.
