Racquel Harris

Director of Continuous Improvement

Committed to advocacy and educational equity, Racquel has served the Memphis community as a court-appointed special advocate, family services counselor, educator, instructional coach, adjunct instructor, and educational researcher. She holds a BA in Mass Communication and an MS in Human Services Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, as well as a MAT and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Memphis.

Racquel brings with her a deep commitment to systems-level change and extensive experience managing educational programs, advancing student achievement, and strengthening supports for students and families. This includes her previous work supporting evaluation of the Full-Service Community Schools (FSCS) grant through mixed-methods data collection.

She lives in Memphis, TN, with her husband of 18 years and their 14-year-old son.
