This training is open to any staff of organizations that are currently Seeding Success partners or in the process of becoming Seeding Success partners
DESCRIPTION
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a tool that helps identify differences between individuals that can often be the source of misunderstanding and miscommunication. Participants explore their preferences for giving and receiving energy, taking in information, making decisions, and how they organize themselves in an effort to build greater awareness for how they and others prefer to show up.

PRE-WORK
This training consists of pre-readings and completing the MBTI Assessment (unless participants have taken the assessment within the past year as pre-work.)
This training is typically offered in conjunction with the RBF training. However, if an organization has six or more individuals they would like to engage in this training as a team, they may email training@seeding-success.org to further discuss.
