Michael McGhee
President and Founder, MDM Investments of Memphis
Michael McGhee is president and owner of MDM Investments of Memphis LLC, a company he founded in 2003. With more than 30 years of experience as a mortgage lender and real estate investor, he has built a career focused on strategic investment, housing development, and community revitalization.
Throughout his career, McGhee has been involved in many facets of the real estate industry, with a particular emphasis on neighborhood revitalization. His work centers on expanding access to quality housing and investing in communities to support long-term neighborhood stability and growth.
McGhee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Memphis and is a licensed contractor. He is also a graduate of Leadership Memphis and has supported a number of community initiatives and organizations working to improve outcomes for families in Memphis.
McGhee is interested in supporting the mission of Seeding Success by bringing his expertise in housing, finance, and community development to the board. He is particularly committed to strengthening the connection between housing stability and educational outcomes for families across Memphis and Shelby County.
