Malika Datta
Strategic Initiative Associate
Malika Datta serves as the Strategic Initiative Associate at Seeding Success, leveraging more than six years of experience in community engagement, partnership development, program and project management, communications, and public relations.
A native Memphian and graduate of Fairley High School, she holds a B.S. in Africana Studies with a minor in Anthropology from Middle Tennessee State University and an M.A. in Public Relations from Webster University. Passionate about empowering youth and strengthening her community, Malika has been a dedicated mentor with TEAM Mentor through the Memphis Grizzlies Foundation for four years. She continues to use her skills in collaboration and relationship building to cultivate impactful partnerships and drive meaningful initiatives across the Memphis area.
In her free time, Malika enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading, spending time with family, and embarking on side quest adventures.
